Lots of very detailed, intricate, painstaking, exhausting work has been done inside Cliffy- even though it doesn't look like much- it has been a looooong time in coming. We did a "modern coffered"  ceiling in the office, wallpapered with beautiful Kravet paper and added some much needed storage via IKEA kitchen cabinets (with their blue protective coating still on)- they always come through in a pinch. Still have to install the West Elm Parsons desk in white and a "zebra" rug. We are on our way!

 Reintroducing Cliffwood, a beautiful house that needed a little work. We started a while ago on the outside and added a breathtaking pool and landscaping. we have changed our focus in the past few months to the inside, more to come on that!!!

The Mothership

The time has come to establish a new home base. The mothership, Casa de Dempsey is for sale. We love our East side abode, but one has to scratch an itch and that itch is to build yet again. Check out the listing!

E&B's sexy new window

Glass corner window for the new dining room was installed and it's a beaut-ee!! Plus new steel beam went in to opening up living room!

B & E's South Austin Remodel-Part 2

B & E's South Austin Remodel-Part 1

Progress has started on B & E's remodel. We redesigned the interior to open up the living space, while dividing the existing family room to create a dining room with a gorgeous cantilevered glass corner and a new guest bedroom. We also opened up the new living room to a big new patio with a fire pit.
