We are also super excited to have the house under contract- we are on to inspections this week and hopefully a smooth close. Our time here has been superb and I absolutely love this house, but the time had come to start a new project! The article and the Modern Homes Tour that the house is on this weekend 2/5 are a really nice send off to our beloved East side abode!
